In time of crisis the innovation makes the difference. Since years Aignep is committed with innovative and market-oriented solutions. The result of such commitment is the X SERIE, a new line of pneumatic cylinders conformed to ISO 15552 which replaces the previous ISO 6431- VDMA.
This serie has been designed to complete the actual range of Aignep actuators and to answer a growing request from the market. The cylinders are suitable for compressed air, lubricated and clean air. The front and rear covers are made in diecast aluminium while the profile is a three-side-groove anodize aluminium barrel. In the standard version the piston rod is hard chromed steel and the seals are PUR, but there are optional ss piston rod and FKM seals. The piston is made of aluminium, more efficient and stronger than plastic. Operating pressure is 1 to 10 bar, while temperature range is -20° + 80°C.
The X SERIE is available in 3 standard models:
XH (double acting cushion magnetic)
XL (double acting cushion magnetic - double rod end)
XB (single acting magnetic)
On request are the models: XHT (tandem version) and in combination with piston rod lock +B.
All the models are available in following diameters: ø 32-40-50-63-80-100-125, with a multiple choice of standard and customized strokes, max. 2900mm stroke.
Switches can now be mounted along the grooves quickly, choosing between integral cable or plug-in cable.
To complete the X SERIE Aignep will supply all the mounting accessories and for the most talented the assembling kits.
